The Stirling Local Authority Area is central, well connected, offers access to beautiful countryside and is rich in history. Join a team who are focused on improving access, increasing sustainable travel journeys and developing active travel infrastructure.

The key responsibilities of this role will be the delivery of functions associated with the Council’s access duties under the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003, as well as significant input into the development of an access strategy and assisting in the delivery of a diverse range of projects.

You will: be educated to a relevant degree or HND level or equivalent; be able to demonstrate experience of successful partnership working; have a good working knowledge of the legislation and duties relating to access rights in Scotland; be committed to the promotion of sustainable travel; and have the ability to take forward project work with minimum supervision. Be able to work well with others and be highly motivated.
