Assistant Golf Travel Administrator

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Executive Golf & Leisure is a leading Golf Tour Operator within the Luxury Golf and Travel industry. We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Golf Travel Administrator to add to our successful, busy team.
The key role is to be responsible for all the booking elements of our customer tours with our main suppliers. This role will involve a range of administration duties and will suit someone with a strong administrative background and someone who is willing to take on additional tasks as and when they arise.
**Key responsibilities are**:
- Creating, costings and selling bespoke tailor-made luxury golf itineraries.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Checking customer bookings and preparing customer/supplier invoices
- Other responsibilities include amendments, cancellations, changes and dealing with service issues while customers are on their tour.
- Using Microsoft Office package and inhouse reservations system for all booking documentation
- Use your ability to be creative, innovative, proactive and 'think outside the box'.
- Enthusiastic and passionate team player as well as being able to work independently using your own initiative
**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Minimum of 2 years administration experience
- Must be computer literate with product knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
- An experience of travel operations and booking travel services is advantageous
- Problem solving skills in order to meet customer needs
- Organisation skills - great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills - able to multi task with involvement in multiple projects at the same time
- Motivated to achieve both company and team sales targets
- Positive attitude to all aspects of their work and able to help motivate others
- Professional and polite manner, capable of dealing with a variety of luxury VIP clients.
- Must hold clean driving licence
**THE PACKAGE**:
- A highly competitive salary from £25,000 dependent on experience
- Full Time position Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 (Occasional weekend working and extra hours may be required)

- Please note this job is office based in Bridge of Allan and not remote.
