Travel Services Administrator

Job Summary:
Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, Travel Services Administrator (Travel Assistant) to join our Travel team, fully office-based in our Stirling office.
Responsibilities:
- Assists with financial reconciliations of payment cards, virtual payment accounts and financial reporting in relation to travel expenses;
- Reviews data and creates ongoing reporting for the travel department utilizing Excel Sorting and Pivot Tables;
- Coordinates timely invoicing of designated vendor partners (Hotels, Rental Cars, Rail, etc.) to ensure travel expenses are not overdue;
- Assists in the annual RFP process for vendor negotiations for the Global Travel Services Department in partnership with Travel management;
- Participates in department meetings, and assists with taking minutes and tracking to-do items for the Travel team;
- Supports the Global Travel Services Department with general administrative tasks as assigned;
- Maintain compliance with applicable SOPs and policies; and
- May be responsible for other projects and/or tasks as assigned.
- This will be an office based position in Stirling, UK
Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in Corporate Travel is preferred; Administration or Accounting experience is required
- Previous experience using Sabre is preferred but not required
- High level of customer service is required, appropriate phone etiquette, maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail are very important;
- Experienced with Microsoft Office 365 products, with advanced skills/understanding in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, well organized and able to work both independently and in a global team environment;
- Strong technical skills are required
- HS Diploma or equivalent
