Office Administrator

**A small, busy student letting agency in the Fiveways area of Brighton needs another member of the team to assist in the office.**
**Working hours**:Working hours are full time, Monday to Friday 9am til 5pm and there will be the requirement to work some Saturdays during the busier summer season.
You will be working closely amongst a team but with your own individual responsibilities.
Role would suit a University graduate with a methodical approach to working and looking to begin a career with admin duties.

Experience in the lettings industry would be helpful but not essential.
**The role is office based in an admin environment. No two days are the same, duties will be varied but include**:
- Call handling
- Record keeping and data entry
- Dealing with enquiries and organising viewings as well as day-to-day administration of a busy Lettings Agency
- Communicating and building a working relationship with tenants, landlords and contractors
- Co-ordinating repairs from start to finish; this will include liaising with contractors, obtaining quotes and booking in required works
- Obtaining certifications for properties through contractors and suppliers
- Assisting other members of the team as required
