Office Administrative Assistant

Peopleforce Recruitment are looking for an office administrator to join our busy finance team due to continued growth and success. This will be a very varied role supporting the business with admin and finance related tasks and gaining experience working in a busy office environment.
The office administrator will receive some of the following benefits but not limited to:

As an office administrator we will train and develop you across the following duties but not limited to:
- Entering timesheets onto payroll system
- Keeping payroll system up to date
- Producing schedules in MS Excel
- Assisting with purchase ledger/accounts payable
- Producing contracts and documents from templates
- Formatting CVs
- Assisting with payroll queries

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
