**Customer Services Assistant & Office Administrator**
**Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maximise online sales through the general enquiries channel as well as utilising live chat and other socials.
- Handle all incoming customer queries and questions.
- Provide the appropriate service and information or refer clients to the relevant department.
- Resolve customer complaints and issuing refunds as needed.
- Refer problematic issues that they cannot solve to management.
- Provide quotations and check product availability.
- Adhere to company’s policies and procedures when assisting customers.
- Provide cover for the customer service department during key launches and key online shopping periods that might fall over a weekend.
- Manage our online presence through Tik Tok, create short form videos highlighting our products and track our following growth and competitors’ accounts.
- Create and arrange delivery of PR orders for the Marketing/PR departments, ensuring orders are delivered in time and allocated to the correct department.
- Ensure the Brighton office is stocked with First aid and H & S signage and equipment, hold weekly fire tests and ensure we are compliant with Health and Safety Protocols.
- Manage office admin requirements such as IT support, phone support, stationary orders, etc.
