Reception and Administration Officer

**About the Position**
We are seeking a skilled Reception and Administration Officer to join our team at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. As part of the Transformation Unit, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in reception and administration, with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be confident in your ability to learn new systems and processes, and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide reception and administrative support for the Orthodontic Outpatient Service, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using computerized systems as required.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless service provision.
• Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to improve service delivery.
**Requirements**
• Previous experience in reception and administration, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
**Salary Range:** £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
