Brighton-based BHT Sussex seeks a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to support our central office operations. As part of our Reception/Triage Team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment for visitors.

  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding to general inquiries, taking messages, and directing visitors to relevant staff members.
  • To cover for the Brighton Advice Centre Triage/Receptionist, assessing clients' eligibility for legal aid and providing essential support.
  • To stay up-to-date with local services, effectively signposting all enquiries received through our website, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Key skills and qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills – including face-to-face, email, and telephone.
