Job Details:

Office Angels are seeking an experienced Administrator to oversee team admin tasks, maintain the company database, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent organisational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee team admin tasks and maintain the company database
  2. Creating PowerPoint presentations and using Excel to analyse data, track sales KPIs, and generate graphs and tables
  3. Regularly cleanse and organise data for easier access
  4. Research and qualify data to offer key insights for decision-making
  5. Upload and update information on the internal portal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  6. Review and update reports to keep them error-free and current
  7. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate the team's diary
  8. Respond to emails and calls promptly, directing inquiries to the right team members
  9. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  1. 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  7. A proactive and adaptable mindset, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
