**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator/Coordinator to join our team in the Southern Water Framework office located in Brighton. As an integral part of our Environment Business Division, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with company systems and providing administrative support to our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and quality systems.
  • Complete contract documentation with the help of the project team, ensuring formatting of forms and that documents are filled on the system in the correct place.
  • Take an active role in the team and office events, including charity events, supplier events, social events, and client events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
