This role involves providing administrative support to the multidisciplinary team at Brighton & Hove Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging meetings, typing up correspondence and documentation, and maintaining accurate patient information.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical administration and an efficient support service as required.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Add admissions to Carenotes, electronic patient records system, on the day of admission.
  • Perform general administration duties such as photocopying, filing, archiving, and scanning.
  • Cover reception duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
