- You will work closely with our medical team, including registered nurses and physicians, to ensure seamless execution of endoscopic procedures.
- Prepare patients for endoscopic procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
- Assist medical staff during procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Operate and maintain endoscopic equipment, adhering to strict quality control guidelines.
- Process and store specimens collected during procedures, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and efficient workflow.
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, medical technology).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Endoscopy Technician or related role.
- Strong knowledge of endoscopic procedures and instrumentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing and walking required.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality principles.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
