About the Role

As a Ward Administrator at Elysium Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the multidisciplinary team that provides CAMHS Tier 4 service for young people aged 12 - 18 years with a prime diagnosis of eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange meetings and type up all correspondence and documentation
  • Provide clinical administration and an efficient support service as required
  • Update and maintain accurate patient information, answer telephone calls, and take messages
Working Conditions

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with the Medical Secretaries and ward staff to ensure the smooth running of the service. You will also participate in the implementation of the new Quinyx rostering system and manage existing Temployer that is being phased out.

Requirements

You must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders. A pension contribution and life assurance are also provided by the company.

Estimated Salary

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum based on location and experience.
