We have an exciting new vacancy for a Service Administrator at our Conon Bridge branch.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

- Booking in vehicles to the workshop and mobile service vans.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Obtaining order numbers from customers/lease companies when required.
- Explaining the repair process as required.
- Selling additional products and services when required.
- Ensuring that service paperwork is complete and accurate.

**Skills**:

- Previous motor trade experience in a Service Advisor/planner (or similar) role would be an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
