Sales Administrator

ACR is recruiting for a market-leading and growing business based in **Appley Bridge, Wigan **to recruit a **Sales Administrator** to join them full-time and permanently. This opportunity offers fantastic progression opportunities and the ability to join a company with exceptionally low staff turnover.
We would like to hear from you if you have experience in an administration or customer-focused role such as Sales, Sales Admin, Account Management or something similar.
**Salary & Benefits**:
- Starting salary of £26,000-£30,000 per annum
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM
- 23 days annual leave + bank holidays

**What will be expected of you**:
The Sales Administrator role is a vital position, reporting directly to the Sales Director who has 31 years of experience. The primary focus is on understanding the range of products and services, catering to customer needs, and managing the sales order process.
- Understand the products and services offered and align them with customer needs.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, learn about their requirements, and provide accurate and timely quotations.
- Manage the order process from enquiry to delivery, building lasting customer relationships.
- Process orders, provide quotations and procure parts to ensure delivery to customer
- Occasionally attend exhibitions as part of the team to showcase the business’ products
- Occasionally work away from the office, potentially involving foreign travel to Europe or the USA, flying business class. (2 or 3 times a year, this is **NOT ESSENTIAL **if you do not want to travel)
- Any ad-hoc administration supporting the sales team
**What we are looking for**:
- Administration or similar experience, ideally in a customer-focussed role
- Computer literate
- Presentable, approachable, and professional with strong communication skills.
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Confidence to speak with customers
