We require a sales/ admin person with excellent communication skills to join our busy office and showroom. Duties will include, but not be limited to
- Assisting customers in our busy showroom and on the phone.

Demonstrating appliances and discussing customer’s requirements.

Running our fitting diaries - booking in installations and organising our fitters.

Liaising with other office staff, our surveyors, fitters, sub-contractors, and our customers.

Ordering appliances and materials for installations and chasing them prior to the installation.

Troubleshooting any issues that come up during and after the installation.

Assisting with stock ordering.

General office, showroom, and stores admin.

The right applicant will require sales experience, excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, together with knowledge of Microsoft Office. This is a fast-moving and challenging role, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team. Merchant/ trade counter experience an advantage.

Hours are 8am - 5pm, full time. Monday - Friday. Flexi-hours considered for the right person.

Pay: From £23,795.20 per year
