Working in Aftersales, you will take care of our customers requirements throughout the ownership of their vehicles, a keen interest in outstanding customer service is therefore crucial. We want customers to recommend us to family and friends as a result of our service to them. We want customers to notice and feel our enthusiasm when they come in.

Main Purpose of Job:

- To exceed customer expectations in their aftersales experience with us.
- To provide the very best customer service and create customer confidence in the company by demonstrating your knowledge in motorcycles and aftersales.
- To maximise aftersales department sales and profitability by using professional sales techniques.
- To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.
- To record customer requirements and details accurately.
- To record vehicle details and service histories accurately, and effectively operate a customer follow-up system.
- To effectively operate a service department loading system.
- To manage customer orders including managing stock hold, supplier orders/returns, providing regular updates and correct closing of the sale admin.

- To be impeccable in appearance.
- A keen interest in motorcycles.
- Experience in Aftersales.
- To be a good communicator and have great interaction skills.
- To be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed.
- To be well organised and be able to manage your time.
- As with any progressive business we use a number of systems to manage our business. You will be computer literate and ideally have used computers and computer systems before.
- Much of what we do involves numbers so basic mathematic skills is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: OTE £30,000 +
