- We are seeking a Conferencing & Events Coordinator to join NICSSA’s Customer Services Team._
- The aim of this role is to ensure the delivery of excellent service and provide the best possible experience to all existing and any prospective new NICSSA Members and customers. _

**_Key responsibilities_**
- The key responsibilities of the post will be to co-ordinate the day-to-day operations of conferencing and events with key responsibilities to include:_
- _Process all incoming conferencing and events enquires ensuring they are dealt with and processed in line with the organisation policy._
- _Produce proposals for all enquires ensuring there is sufficient detail which is in line with the spec of each event._
- _Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships._
- _Ensuring all conferencing/events are fulfilled and setup professionally, efficiently and effectively and mirror the requirements of the customer._
- _Arrange and conduct final details meeting/calls with organiser prior to conference or event. Ensuring they are fulfilled professionally, efficiently and effectively and mirror the requirements of the customer._
- _Produce function sheets for all events ensuring all necessary detail is noted and distributed to the various departments._
- _Ensure all rooming/event list details and requirements are gathered and handed across to the various departments_
- _Deliver health and safety, and cleanliness and drive understanding and importance of operational excellence._
- _Maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring all on-site stock is well stored and persevered._
- _Greet and respond to members, prospective members and customers, providing exceptional customer service and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to senior staff as needed._
- _Work with the customer services team in dealing with all front desk related activities. _
- The above is not an exhaustive list of duties but a guideline of high-level activities. You will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
