The Graduate Marketing Co-ordinator will play a supporting role in executing marketing initiatives, supporting global campaigns, and contributing to the overall success of our marketing efforts across Foods Connected. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing to collaborate with a team of experienced marketing specialists covering, content creation, brand and digital marketing and campaign management and analysis.

As a Graduate role we wish to offer a wide variety of experience to ensure experience is gained in each marketing specialism, that may in turn allow this individual to choose a path to specialise in the future. Having said this a key focus of this role will also be supporting the creation of written content for all marketing and communications, (both external and internal activities) across Foods Connected’ s marketing and communications channels. A bonus would be experience with video content creation given the role video plays in today’s media landscape to engage audiences and drive marketing efforts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to promote Foods Connected products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth and support internal knowledge on the competitive landscape.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and Sales team.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of our CRM HubSpot and ensure data quality standards are maintained.
- Support the brand and corporate marketing manager with the creation and management of digital assets, ensuring the workflow is smooth and projects are delivered on time.
- Support on administrative tasks and budgeting associated with the creation of physical brand assets e.g. merchandise.
- Assist with the ongoing management of our digital assets, ensuring guidelines are being followed and all materials are up to date.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and marketing collateral.
- Contributing to the content of social media, Foods Connected website, Blog, Product training materials, writing case studies, whitepapers and thought leadership content.
- Collaboration within the Marketing, Product and Development teams to ensure we have quality digital assets, infographics and story ideas.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry or B2B technology sector (Student placement experience will be considered).

**Technical Skills**
To perform this job successfully, the Graduate Marketing Co-ordinator should have experience with:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for marketing, technology, and the food industry.
- Experience with videography, including shooting, editing, and production of marketing videos.
