Our sales office team is therefore central to our success, ensuring our customers come first and receive a high-quality service every time. In this role you will provide an efficient, comprehensive and professional administrative service within our sales office. You will act as first point of contact, processing sales orders for customers, developing excellent working relationships with new and existing customers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Input Sales orders onto the in-house bespoke computer system.
- Maintaining data on the internal CRM system and other data entry exercises using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintaining filing systems within the sales office
- Raising and dealing with CIN’s (Continuous Improvement Notes)
- Responsible for answering the telephone, fielding calls, and taking messages where necessary.
- Dealing with visitors in reception and making refreshments for visitors where necessary.
- Contacting customers from a daily call list to see if they would like to order anything and asses their suitability to be on the call list.
- On occasion telephone prospective new customer to tell them about upcoming offers
- Provide full cover for the office in the event of holidays/absences.
- Assist the office manager and senior sales administrator to oversee the smooth and efficient day to day running of the sales office.
- Any other duties commensurate with the grade and nature of the post
- Act with professionalism and discretion on all confidential matters.

**Requirements**:

- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel as well as PowerPoint etc
- Must be literate and able to compose professionally worded communication to customers.
- Telephone skills - ability to communicate on the phone to customers existing and perspective in a professional manner.
- Initiative - must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Be approachable - both by internal and external customers
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely and ensure all necessary information is communicated to the necessary teams in a timely manner.

Location: On-Site, Bradford

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £23,900.00 per year
