**Salary**: £15,000 (Apprenticeship) - £23,500

Hours: 9.00 - 17:30

**Job Summary**:

**The Role**:
This role reports to the COO and can be arranged as an apprenticeship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support
- Assisting in the preparation of documentation and reports under the guidance of senior staff members.
- Handling inbound mail and digitally distributing it to the appropriate individuals or filing it accurately for future reference.
- Conducting data entry and data cleansing tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assisting with purchasing activities, following established guidelines and seeking guidance when needed.
- Updating digital record-keeping systems and maintaining accurate and organised files.
- Ad Hoc administrative tasks as and when required
- Receptionist duties
- Managing visitor arrivals and departures, ensuring a warm and professional welcome to our office.
- Answering inbound calls and providing polite and efficient assistance or redirecting calls as necessary.
- Recording deliveries and making sure they get to the correct person
- Office upkeep
- Working with the cleaners to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the office space to create a conducive working environment. This might look like, filling up the coffee machine, filling and emptying the dishwasher, carrying out an office supplies stocktake etc
- Coordinating and arranging office lunches or meals as required, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all employees.
- Following the company's data security policies.

**Must haves**:

- GCSE grade 4 or above in English and Maths
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in carrying out tasks.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of G Suite and basic data entry would be desirable.
- Professional and friendly telephone etiquette.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
