We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Residential Solutions Team based in Loughton.

**Location**: Loughton - Office work required, hybrid working available

**Contract**: Permanent, Full Time

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Commercial Administrator, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team, supporting them in the delivery process of single or two stage opportunities.

Your day to day will include:

- Liaising with the appropriate Quantity Surveyor, Contract Manager or others within the project team to obtain supporting information where necessary to enable the evidencing of Application for Payment details
- General Administration duties

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if:

- People skills to achieve the best out of staff and customers
- IT / Microsoft excel and word skills
- Good Oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organisation
- Relevant experience to the commercial aspects of multi-discipline projects
- Ideal but not mandatory experience in use of Asite (or similar) document and contract management software
