The overall result required from this role:

To deliver exceptional, consistent, and award-winning Customer Experience by supporting the Service Delivery and Sales functions in delivering a highly effective information and document-based distribution service to our customers, that is cost-efficient in the delivery of excellence to our customers and the commercial interests of the Business.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a high consistent volume of calls answered in line with company targets, understanding customer needs and knowledge of realtime reporting.
  • Ensuring that all tickets and documents are completed with the agreed service level agreement, resolving customer queries and requests efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and support resources for Supplier accounts including licenses and insurances, gathering and cataloguing information to update internal systems.
  • Provide a highquality distribution service in line with company expectations, by being fully compliant in company processes and knowledge base.
  • Deliver a professional and awardwinning experience through all customerrelated interactions, by using a customerfirst mentality to make decisions.
  • Ensure that absence levels are kept in line with the company guidelines, following all policies in place.
