**PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO COMPANY DIRECTOR**
We are looking for a versatile, highly organized & optimistic **Personal Assistant** to perform outstanding & personalized administrative, & secretarial duties to our company director at Masca Holdings.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Primary point of contact for directors and visitors - greeting and welcoming all visitors and offering refreshments.
- First tier support to assist our Company Director with the preparation and coordination of commercially sensitive and highly confidential information and documents.
- Preparing regular progress reports
- Attending meetings with the Company Director where required.
- Manage a rolling weekly agenda/task list for the Director.
- Effectively plan and maintain the diary of the director by scheduling and coordinating meetings and conferences.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for business purposes.
- Take notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants as required
- Liaise with other members of staff/departments and external parties, and prepare reports as deemed necessary by the Director for the business.
- Prepare expense reports and assist with analysing monthly financial statements, including cash flow and balance sheets.
- Continually improving business processes through automation, thoughtful analysis, and researching standard methodologies in the industry.
- Develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, clients, auditors etc. and become a trusted member of the Company Secretarial function for the business.
**Prerequisite skills and experience**:
- Strong administrative background: 2 years previous experience working in an office environment in a similar role (PA/Finance or general business administration)
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare various types of reports, financial statement preparation and budgets.
- Excellent technical and software skills - data analysis, Microsoft suites, office suites, operating systems, project management etc.
- Proven ability to adapt to new industries, environments, and workplace cultures.
- Outstanding organization, people, and time management skills. You are capable of confidently interacting with all levels of the organisation.
- Flexible and happy at managing changing circumstances
- Excellent problem solving and solution orientation skills.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative on projects/tasks.
- University degree with distinction
**Salary**: From £36,000.00 per year
