**Location**: Loughton - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

**Contract**: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know

**Responsibilities**

As a Commercial Administrator, you’ll be working within the Housing Maintenance Team, supporting them in commercial administrative support to the business - ensuring information is prepared and presented to permit accurate and timely billing of works to our clients.

Your day to day will include:

- Prepare contract cost reports for accounts and audit
- Reporting on contract performance.

This role of Commercial Administrator is great for you if:

- Have experience in Housing Maintenance Contracts
- Have a strong knowledge of relevant systems (Oracle, Coins, Excel etc)
- Have Excellent communication skills at all levels
