We are looking for an experienced, dedicated individual to operate as a senior officer within the wider Compliance Team structure. In addition to being responsible for ensuring that all Lifetime Training’s funding claims are compliant in accordance with our internal policies by executing specific validation checks, you will also act as a point of contact for, and support to, the Compliance Officers, Compliance Managers, and wider business to ensure delivery of excellent working practices within the Compliance and Operational Teams

**What will you be doing?**
- Maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders, providing clear guidance and driving compliant operational activity to support funding claims across all adult skills.
- Support with data errors, cleansing our Individual Learner Record (ILR) data and Provider Data Self-Assessment Toolkit (PDSAT) warnings to maximise funding claims and maintain Lifetime’s data integrity
- Provide expert support to address queries and drive compliance within assigned business area(s).
- Develop and implement systems and processes to reduce non-compliance rates and reduce funding errors

**What will you bring to the role?**
- Previous experience of working in a Compliance / Data Processing department
- Experience of working within Adult Education/Apprenticeship sector
- Experience in training processes and guidance to colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Desire to offer exceptional Customer Service
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of management, and articulate internal processes with others
- Ability to lead by example and monitor and review own work
