The Paediatric Haematology, Oncology & BMT Adult Bone Marrow Transplant & Immune Effector Cell Therapy Quality and Governance programme, operates across the Division of Specialised Services and the Division of Women’s and Children’s to maintain the quality and safety standards required by our accreditation and regulatory bodies.

The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support across the programme. Working across two divisions, this post requires exceptional organisational and IT skills and a keen eye for detail. The post holder will liaise with a wide range of staff groups, within UHBW and at NHSBT in order to co-ordinate well-established quality and governance meetings, maintain a large controlled document portfolio and provide support for external inspection and compliance activities.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support across the Paediatric Haematology, Oncology & BMT Adult Bone Marrow Transplant & Immune Effector Cell Therapy Quality and Governance programme. This will involve:
Meeting Co-ordination

Co-ordinating and supporting twice monthly quality management meetings in Paediatrics/Adults and the quarterly joint meeting with members of NHSBT:

- Organising venue/setting up virtual meeting
- Liaise with the Chair/Quality Manager to produce agenda and papers
- Meeting attendance, minute taking, circulation of minutes and action log in a timely manner.
- Maintain the meeting attendance records.
- Co-ordinate and keep records meetings
