Reed recruitment in Bristol is delighted to be recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to Join a rapidly growing company who are looking for a experienced Warehouse Administrator.
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods in accordance with company standards and procedures. He/she will also maintain inventory records and ensure accuracy of all stock transactions as well as play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment within the warehouse. Job Type: Full-Time
27,000 to £30,000 Per Annum depending on experience
~25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Warehouse

Receive incoming deliveries, verify contents against delivery notes/purchase orders/quality claims and update records in SAP.
Pick & pack orders according to pick lists/instructions.
Book collections with couriers/hauliers using their nominated platforms.
Monitor stock levels & follow guidelines for timely replenishment.
Assist with all loading/unloading requirements for the site.
Assist with physical inventory checks at regular intervals during the year.
Safely and efficiently store products in designated locations within the warehouse, utilising appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet trucks.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse, including sweeping, stacking pallets, and disposing of waste.
Follow company policies and procedures regarding Health & Safety, Quality Control, Security, and Regulatory Compliance.
Administration

Manage delivery queries & questions from customers.
First point of contact for IT equipment, Building Maintenance, Stationary Orders & Office equipment.
Assist Order Desk with general data entry.
Previous experience in warehouse, administration, logistics or related field.
Familiarity with inventory management software or systems such as SAP.
Proficiency in basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & Teams.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification within designated timeframe.
Good telephone manner.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
