We are working alongside a well-established and reputable main contractor with a proven track record in delivering high-quality refurbishment projects across various sectors. Currently they looking for a capable Estimating Administrator to support the department.

**Job Summary**:
As an Estimating Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our estimators and contributing to the success of our projects. You will be responsible for assisting the estimating team in preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for refurbishment projects, ensuring that all bids and proposals are meticulously managed, and providing essential administrative support throughout the estimation process.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Estimation Support**: Collaborate with the estimating team to gather and analyse data, perform quantity take-offs, and research material and labour costs to create detailed estimates for refurbishment projects.

**Bid and Proposal Management**: Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals, ensuring they are submitted on time and meeting all required documentation and compliance standards.

**Database Management**: Maintain and update the estimating database, ensuring all project information, pricing, and supplier details are accurate and up-to-date.

**Subcontractor Coordination**: Facilitate communication with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and relevant information for estimating purposes.

**Document Control**: Organize and manage project documentation, ensuring version control and secure storage of sensitive data.

**Cost Tracking**: Assist in tracking project costs and budgets, providing regular updates to the estimating team and management.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the estimating team, project managers, and other departments to ensure seamless information flow and coordination.

**Process Improvement**: Identify areas for process improvement within the estimating department and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
