**Construction/Contract Administrator**
**Newcastle**
**£24k - £27k**
Connectment are currently working with a Specialist Construction Company who undertake all aspects off building works who are looking to add a Contract Administrator to their team to support with all duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintenance - create jobs, raise & issue sub-contractor orders.
- Allocate purchase orders to jobs.
- Cost site staff’s timesheets and invoices
- Answer and re-direct calls
- Create estimate numbers.
- Monitor admin in tray.
- Assist Contracts and Estimating departments with ad hoc tasks.
- Maintain accurate records.
- General admin tasks as required.
**Skills and personal qualities**:
- Competent knowledge of MS Office - specifically Excel and Outlook
- Experience of working in a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Self-disciplined, good time management skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Good oral and written communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
