Helpdesk Coordinator

Are you an experienced helpdesk coordinator looking to further your experience working within a reputable, UK-wide organisation? I have an excellent position that has just become available within a large scale housing firm for a helpdesk coordinator towork closely with the facilities team, escalating incidents to relevant parties and managing service requests accordingly, Starting ASAP, paying up to £28,000 per annum.
The Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for managing service requests and incidents raised to the helpdesk function and liaising with the respective Facilities team member and contractors to ensure reactive and planned works are completed inadherence to our internal and external SLA's.

*Ability to interpret data and problem solve
*Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative in a team environment.
*Collaborative and influencing skills
*High level IT skills (MS Office) and generally good technological awareness
*Demonstrate a commitment to continued profession development
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Coordinator to work on a 12-month fixed term contract, to work alongside one other coordinator, in an existing friendly, motivated helpdesk team.
