MMP Consultancy are working with a fantastic organisation based in Tooting to recruit a Helpdesk Coordinator on a temporary contract.
The Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for the administrator of the Helpdesk System and reports directly to the Helpdesk Manager. The post holder will possess excellent communication skills as they must be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of personnel across the trust i.e staff, visitors, patients etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a single point of communication for all customer requests / queries
- Run the helpdesk software
- Update the helpdesk database on the data / information received from the engineering team
- Close all completed tasks and monitor task performance against both response and completion SLAs
- Act as a key liaison between the Estates Department and the rest of its customer base across the trust
- Maintaining a positive customer facing attitude for the helpdesk ensuring satisfaction for all customers of the Estates department
- Helping to build excellent relationships with colleagues, staff, contactors, other customers and the wider working communities
Key Skills:
- Qualification / Training in Customer Services
- Experience of having previously worked in an administrative/ secretarial/helpdesk role providing customer care
- Knowledge of operating a planned maintenance system / programme
- Knowledge of clinical practices with the ability to prioritise according to different levels of clinical risk
- Experience of monitoring and reporting SLA's and KPI's
- Strong practitioner of and committed follower of the principles associated with customer service excellence
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and communication skills both written & oral
