At Team Support we are seeking a hard -working, flexible Help Desk operator with an excellent telephone manner and good written communication skills.

We are looking for someone with good IT skills and a Standard DBS at least is required.

Your duties as a Helpdesk Operator will be to deliver a professional and customer focused helpdesk for all Soft facilities management service for a prestigious NHS Trust situated in East London.

You will receive, log, report and allocate the appropriate response to all reactive and pro-active requests for services in line with the agreed service performance requirements.

We are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner, good written communication skills and somebody with good IT Skills is a must.

For this role you will need to be fully flexible as the Helpdesk is open 24/7.

**This role requires**:

- Developing teamwork and a customer focus and a flexible approach to work within the spirit of Serco culture.
- Good general numeracy, literacy and computer skills with the ability to analyses data
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- The ability to learn, use and understand service specific software
- Excellent Customer Care skills, with a client focused approach
- The ability to work under pressure as part of a productive, busy team
- The ability to work unsupervised
