The Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the past 18 months to become a vital key component of our strategic objectives within the UK and furthermore the Grocery proposition has also been accelerated too

**All about the role**

The Grocery Strategic Accounts team has successfully grown over the past 12 months to become a vital key component of our strategic objectives within the UK. Over this short period, the team has successfully partnered with many of the leading brands operatingin the UK and have onboarded thousands of branded grocery partners across the UK.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:

- Overall ownership of the day-to-day and strategic management of all aspects of a number of branded Grocery partner relationships
- Responsible for building a functional and productive working relationship with branded chain counterparts
- Working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders (including Delivery, Marketing and Operations)
- Overall accountability for monthly, and quarterly, performance reviews with Grocery partners
- Responsible for drafting and driving the annual business plan with owned Grocery partners
- To support the Senior SAM in the contractual negotiations of existing smaller chains accompanied by the strategic analyses
- Attending and, at times, leading internal meetings as a representative of the Strategic Accounts team.
- Supporting strategic account executives across smaller brands

**Here are the skills and experience we need from you**:

- 2-3+ years Key Account Management experience
- Strong understanding of B2B and the Grocery UK market
- Experience analysing data with great attention to details
- Proven ability to grow accounts through implementation of joint business plans and identifying upsell opportunities
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organisations
- Commercially savvy with competent negotiation & influence skills
- Great people skills - you know how to build and maintain strong relationships.
