**Talent Coordinator**

**Job Purpose**:
Our Talent Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Talent team by efficiently bringing together various recruitment processes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Taking guidance from the Talent team to understand Storal’s specific staffing needs and job requirements
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
- Drafting and sending offer letters and employment contracts
- Participating in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the Storal’s employer brand
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and interview guides.
- Conduct research and stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies.

**What we are looking for**:
To be successful in the role of Talent Coordinator, you’ll have to demonstrate:

- Extensive recruiting experience gained with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- A proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent across various channels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in recruitment efforts
- A strong understanding of recruitment best practices
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
