Talent Coordinator

**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Talent Coordinator **to play a key role in our Talent team to acquire top diverse talent, and to develop our talent from within and across the club.
This is a fast-paced, exciting, and varied position that gives you the opportunity to work across both talent acquisition and talent development and take the next step in your career.

**Your day-to-day**
***:
- **Become our systems expert **- act as a key user of our learning and recruitment trackers and software, coaching others to enhance their use
- **Track our progress** - use your Excel and software wizardry to coordinate all our activity and keep the team and our stakeholders up to speed
- **Drive our reporting **- take ownership for our internal and external reporting across Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, providing insight that we can act upon
- **Be our first point of contact** - manage the Careers and Learning inboxes, providing clear and timely responses. Coordinate our feedback surveys and share trends and learning
- **Share our successes** - create engaging internal communications that highlight progress across the talent space
- **Coordinate our learning programme** - book and monitor training attendance, venues and liaise with our suppliers
***What we are looking for**
***:
- **Previous experience in a Talent or People/HR team role **- you have a passion for building a career in Talent/People/HR and can draw upon previous relevant experience
- **Strong software and systems experience** - you’re able to pick up new platforms and tools and can quickly become a superuser. You’ll need to be fully confident using Excel and may already have experience in using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or LMS (Learning Management System)
- **Data driven **- you help to track trends in data, and you’re able to present the insights you extract in a digestible and engaging way
- **Experience with working at pace **- you’re used to working in a fast-paced environment and managing a varied workload with flexibility and agility
- **Superb organisation skills **- you can turn a high-level plan into clear logístical steps required for delivery
- **A passion and champion for equality, diversity, and inclusion** - you believe recruitment and development play a fundamental role in making lasting change. You may have had experience in working on positive action schemes such as apprenticeships to diversify talent
- **A true team player **- you have a strong team focus and can become an integral part of the Talent and wider People team
