Job Role: Talent Coordinator (Dig & Ent)
Location: London, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE
ABOUT THE JOB
Our client is seeking a dynamic and organized Talent Coordinator to join their team, working closely with TV personalities and digital creators. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day operations, fostering relationships, and supporting talent in achieving their career goals. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for the entertainment and digital media industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned TV personalities and digital creators
- Coordinate schedules, appearances, shoots, and other professional engagements
- Collaborate with talent to develop, plan, and execute content across platforms (e.g., TV, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for talent
- Research and identify opportunities for talent, including sponsorships, collaborations, and new platforms
- Plan and coordinate talent appearances at events, interviews, and premieres
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience in talent coordination, entertainment, digital media, or a related field
- Prior experience working with TV personalities or digital creators
- Familiarity with TV and digital content production processes and trends in the entertainment industry
