THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised Talent Coordinator to join our ever growing and exciting team You will need to be comfortable and enjoy working at a fast pace whilst supporting the recruitment team to deliver on our client’s requirements.
You will be responsible for ensuring recruitment processes run smoothly and that everything is tracked, monitored and reported accurately. In return we offer good pay, great benefits and excellent progression & development opportunities

- Writing, editing and proof reading job adverts
- Posting Job adverts onto various job boards and social media platforms
- Organising and scheduling interviews at all stages of the process
- Ensuring ATS and internal systems are kept up to date and applicants are responded too within SLA’s
- Managing busy and complex diaries to fit interviews in a timely fashion
- Creating reports and delivering them to the wider recruitment team and/ or management
- Assist with onboarding documentation and contracts coordination
- Work closely with the recruitment team and support them
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be:
- Previous knowledge and experience of payroll systems
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Experienced in working within a Recruitment/ HR administrative setting
- Have some experience with payroll systems, and payroll solutions/processes
- Have a highly organised mindset, and an ability to multitask
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have an ability to work collaboratively across a team
- Have strong knowledge of Microsoft packages - ie Excel Word
- Have experience in working with an ATS ( or similar)
