We wish to appoint an Office Administrator to join our successful business. This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday (37.5hrs).

Saturday morning cover is required once per month on a rota basis, with time in lieu the following week.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

- Compilation of despatch and invoicing documents
- Preparing and checking monthly customer invoices and statements
- Liaising with customers and managing their accounts
- Taking customer payments
- General administrative duties

This is an ideal role for a strong administrator who is highly organised with an eye for detail.

To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Strong computer literacy skills - preparing customer orders, delivery and collections dockets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as this is a customer facing role
- Self-confidence and ability to work on own initiative
- Weighbridge experience is desirable

In return, we offer a competitive salary circa £24k, flexibility in terms of start/finish times, Private medical insurance and the opportunity to work in a successful well-established team.
