Position Overview:
Brook Street is currently in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to deliver extensive office assistance.

Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of administrative functions, including:

  • Handling telephone communications and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Data entry, record maintenance, and management of reporting systems.
  • Addressing inquiries and offering suitable resolutions.
  • Providing prompt administrative and coordination support.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a comparable role and demonstrate proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.

An access NI check will be necessary.

Educational Requirements:
A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C is required.

Compensation:
The role offers an hourly wage of £11.59, paid weekly, along with 34 days of annual leave, which includes 12 public holidays.
