Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to provide administrative support to our client in Armagh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Pay & Conditions Team within the Employee Relations Department and across the wider Human Resources & Organisational Development Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers in relation to processing of employee personal and contractual information via HRPTS Manager Self Service and relevant offline manual forms.
  • Participate in system audits in relation to the monitoring and quality assurance of HRPTS data.
  • Support the Senior HR Advisor with HRPTS data cleansing activities, engaging with key stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure that all payroll processing deadlines are adhered to and provide guidance for Trust staff and managers in achieving these deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent.
  • Two years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
