Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide critical support to our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our construction team, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing work orders.
  • Record and track customer complaints, and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
  • Update our database with new work orders and projects, and prioritize tasks for our maintenance team.
  • Arrange for materials and supplies, and track deliveries to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.
