Construction Administrator Job Description

VanRath is assisting an industry-leading Facilities Management company in Warrenpoint with the recruitment of a Construction Administrator to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an effective administrative service to the Response and Maintenance functions, ensuring the smooth running of the office and systems.
  • Handle telephone enquiries and schedule works on a daily basis via the company software system.
  • Input and process data, perform general office duties, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
  • Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Administration qualification or demonstrable 2 years' experience required
  • Demonstrable experience of working within a performance-driven environment and to tight deadlines, ensuring KPIs are delivered
  • Experience within the Construction industry, particularly in planned and responsive maintenance in a mechanical, electrical, or compliance background
