Administrator position, office based role with Limavady company.


Your new company
Works with some of Ireland's largest building contractors. They have appointed Hays to recruit an administrator to join their team. This is an office-based role, there may be some flexibility in relation to working hours, but it requires working 5 days a week - Monday to Friday.

Your new role
As Administrator, you will be responsible for the pricing and ordering of materials, checking invoices against price lists / delivery dockets, keeping a record of site H&S folders, liaising with suppliers and staff on-site, ordering stationery / office suppliers, management of insurance for fleet vehicles and all general administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
As Administrator, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word. You will be capable of working on your own initiative. Well-organised with the ability to prioritise and manage workloads.

Experience in a construction-based office is desirable but not essential.
