Position Overview:
Brook Street is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to deliver exceptional clerical assistance.

Role Summary:
Our client requires a skilled Administrative Support Officer to become a vital part of their team. This position is temporary and operates on a standard weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing telephone communications and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Data entry, record maintenance, and management of reporting systems.
  • Addressing inquiries and delivering suitable resolutions.
  • Offering prompt administrative and coordination support.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in a comparable role and demonstrate proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.

An access NI check will be necessary.

Educational Requirements:
Applicants should have achieved at least 5 GCSEs at grades A-C.

Compensation:
In return for your contributions, you will receive an hourly wage of £11.59, paid weekly, along with 34 days of annual leave, which includes 12 public holidays.
