**I have a vacancy for an administrator to join a wonderful company operating in the construction industry.**
**They're also offering RCT and CIS training, which are highly sought after skills in the job market.**
**You will be involved with**:
- Processing invoices
- Client liaisons
- Data entry
- Maintaing office supplies and orders
- Supporting the accounts team
- 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including Maths and English.
- At least 2 years’ experience working as an Office Administrator in a busy environment.
- Experience within the construction industry and (or) payroll is desirable (but not essential).
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and on the phone.
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages with strong excel skills.
- An ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations.
