Business Support Administrator

Reed are working in partnership with Nottinghamshire County Council and are looking for a Business Support Administrator to join their busy day centre in Newark.
This is a full time temporary ongoing assignment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- The first port of call for anyone telephoning or visiting the centre
- Updating various spreadsheets and information systems with customer attendance information
- Budget monitoring and making and recording payments from petty cash
**Experience**:
The ideal Business Support Administrator will need to have:
- Experience of working within an office environment delivering admin support for at least year
- Effective communication skills verbal and written
- Knowledge of ICT office systems
- The ability to make decisions and solve problems to meet operational targets, involving devising solutions and prioritising the resources available
