We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Operational Support Specialist at LHR. This role is designed to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Site Manager and Operations Manager, enabling the smooth operation of our sites.

About the Job:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry, HR administration, document management, and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Data entry and maintenance of records
  • HR administration and personnel management
  • Document control and storage
  • Order management and supply chain coordination
  • Customer service and communication
  • Health and safety compliance and documentation
  • Liaison with head office and stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or manufacturing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
