Tarmac Trading Limited is looking for an experienced Weighbridge and Administrative Support Specialist to join their team.

Job Description

This is a permanent role working on a day shift, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on rotation. The ideal candidate will have experience in Weighbridge, Quarrying, and Production operations.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily production targets and provide administrative support to site tasks.
  2. Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality policies and procedures.
  3. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
  4. Identify and address operational issues to minimize downtime.
  5. Collaborate with site teams to optimize production and achieve company goals.
  6. Develop and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a Plant/Quarry environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving license and basic IT literacy.
