Job Description

We are recruiting for a skilled Administrator to join our client based in Newark. This permanent position is ideal for individuals seeking to advance their career in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General office administration, including providing support to various departments.
  • Order processing and creation of Purchase orders, as well as communication with suppliers.
  • Scanning site records and data into relevant project files in Sharepoint.
  • Monitoring and controlling incoming site paperwork via post or app to ensure timely receipt.
  • Compiling Detailed Pile Summary sheets from pile records received from each project site.
  • Assisting Operational Staff with compiling Works Package Plans for each project prior to issue to the client.
  • Administration of Pre-start meetings, including meeting minutes.
  • Participating in training, mentoring, and growth strategies for professional enhancement.
  • Emailing electronic records and testing data to customers following approval.
  • Creation of documents in WORD, PDF, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK.
  • Tracking and creation of Purchase Orders in MS NAV.
  • Dealing directly with suppliers, responding to supplier queries, managing deliveries to site, and setting up suppliers in Company systems.
  • Providing assistance to Driven Piling team members as required.
  • Supporting preparation of Estimates and tender follow-ups, with reports to work-winning meetings.
  • Rotating reception cover during breaks and annual leave.
  • Effective communication with team members, senior management colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. Estimated salary range: £24,000 - £25,000.
